The first fully enclosed construction waste recycling line in Beijing put into production

On March 13th, Wang Xiangan , the Deputy general manager of Shougang environmental industry Co.,Ltd disclosure: the first fully enclosed construction waste recycling line in Beijing that built in the Shougang shijing shan park put into trial operation, which designed the annual processing capacity of 1 million tons, which means the construction waste generated by demolition of old project of Shougang with the new place.
Throughout the entire disposal lines, construction waste can be “digest”, can pave the way for recycled aggregate, dust recovering can secondary use, and the construction waste recycling rate up to 90%.

Aggregate Production and Processing Procedure of Stone Crusher

What Crushers will Be Applied by Ore Dressing Plants?

In the ore beneficiation or ore dressing production line, the stone crushers or crushing machines are used in the coarse grain crushing stage. According to the equipment crushing methods and working principles, these crushers are mainly divided into four types: jaw crusher, cone crusher, and impact crusher.

1.Jaw crusher
it is a very old and widely-applied crushing machine. Its working principle goes like this: the electro motor drives the belt wheel to make the movable jaw up and down through the eccentric shaft; when the movable jaw goes up, the angle between it and the toggle pate is bigger, thus pushing it to get close to the fixed jaw, and at the same time, the materials are crushed or smashed.

Application of Recycled Aggregate

Recycled aggregate is produced by crushing concrete, and sometimes asphalt, to reclaim the aggregate. Recycled aggregate can be used for many purposes. The primary market is road base. For information on recycling asphalt pavement into new asphalt pavement.
