Sanme is a total solution expert for aggregates processing
Sanme has designed an aggregate production line with an annual capacity of 1.5 million ton for Lafarge, a world-famous cement giant. The outputs are high-quality coarse aggregate and machine-made sand. The production line consists of feeder、jaw crusher、HC series impact crusher、VSI series vertical impact crusher and inclined vibrating screen, etc. The production line complies with safety, environmental requirements and realizes intelligent operation. The production line is designed to be 400 tph but onsite check shows the capacity reaches 500 tph, nearly 23% higher than the original design. The maximum capacity reaches 542 tph.
It is the first cooperation in China for Sanme and Lafarge.The production line has used the most advanced equipment and total steel base, which has been the first precedent in similar projects.
SANME owns advanced Sino-German technology and competence for turnkey projects.Firstly, the preliminary scheme of the aggregate production solution is suggested by the sales engineering with professional technical background. Then the specific scheme is refined by the technical support department. Finally, the final scheme is perfected by the design department and the technology department.This procedure ensures SANME’ s competence of providing total aggregate production solution.

The first fully enclosed construction waste recycling line in Beijing put into production
Throughout the entire disposal lines, construction waste can be “digest”, can pave the way for recycled aggregate, dust recovering can secondary use, and the construction waste recycling rate up to 90%.
It is reported that the project of Shougang construction waste recycled aggregated line is designed and provided equipments from Shanghai Sanme Mining machinery Co.,Ltd, and its designed capacity is 150tph. It is one of 2014 Beijing’s plan to Build five large construction waste treatment plant. This complete stationary crushing and screening system line use Jaw crusher JC340, Impact Crusher HC255 and other star products of Sanme. Aggregate Production and Processing Procedure of Stone Crusher
Now, let's take a look at its technology program: vibrating feeder evenly sends coarse aggregate into jaw crusher through hopper, and then the jaw crusher starts to crush the materials. After that, the aggregates after the crushing are sent to vibrating screen to get qualified products which are to be sent into cone crusher for fine crushing. And the unqualified products will be sent into jaw crusher for secondary crushing.

What Crushers will Be Applied by Ore Dressing Plants?
In the ore beneficiation or ore dressing production line, the stone crushers or crushing machines are used in the coarse grain crushing stage. According to the equipment crushing methods and working principles, these crushers are mainly divided into four types: jaw crusher, cone crusher, and impact crusher.
1.Jaw crusher
it is a very old and widely-applied crushing machine. Its working principle goes like this: the electro motor drives the belt wheel to make the movable jaw up and down through the eccentric shaft; when the movable jaw goes up, the angle between it and the toggle pate is bigger, thus pushing it to get close to the fixed jaw, and at the same time, the materials are crushed or smashed.
2.Cone crusher
it is a continuous ore crushing machine and according to the feed size and the finished product requirement, cone crushers can be divided into rotary cone crusher, medium cone crusher and fine cone crusher. Based on the crushing cavity parallel band length, they are divided into standard type, middle type and short head type one.
3.Impact crusher

Application of Recycled Aggregate
The use of recycled aggregate can save money for local governments and other purchasers, create additional business opportunities, save energy when recycling is done on site, conserve diminishing resources of urban aggregates, and help local governments meet the diversion goals of AB 939.
Aggregate consists of hard, graduated fragments of inert mineral materials, including sand, gravel, crushed stone, slag, rock dust, or powder.
Inert solid waste is concrete, asphalt, dirt, brick, and other rubble.
Heavy crushing equipment is required to break up the chunks into aggregate. Some equipment is portable and can be set up on site for immediate use of product. A crushing plant may include a hopper to receive the material, a jaw to break it into more manageable pieces, a cone or impact crusher to further reduce its size, a vibrating screen to sort to the required specification, and a conveyor belt with a rotating magnet to remove metal contamination such as rebar.
